HOME CONDITION SURVEY
Ideal for newer properties
A brief assessment of the property's condition to give you an overview of it's current state.

Aims to identify any problems that need urgent attention, are dangerous or are serious

RICS LEVEL 2
HOME BUYER SURVEY
For a wide range of properties

More in-depth and extensive inspection than level 1

Includes all RICS Level 1 elements.

Covers electrics, plumbing, heating and grounds.
​
Gives advice on repairs and ongoing maintenance.

Aims to enable you to budget for any repairs or restoration

RICS LEVEL 3
FULL STRUCTURAL
SURVEY
For older properties with a history of defects or
properties of non-standard construction.

The most comprehensive survey on the market.
​
Includes all elements from RICS Level 1 and 2.

Aims to establish how the property is built, what materials are used and how these will perform in the future,.

Energy efficiency
Extra details such as estimated repair costs and detailed advice is included.
